Be in the know about Covid 19
Before you book, get informed about the local restrictions and how they might affect your trip.  Please review the Town of Breckenridge and Summit County Public Health Orders regarding the latest travel restrictions. 

To allow for physical distancing, Vail Resorts is enacting a reservation system this 2020/21 ski season to manage the number of guests on a given day. They are encouraging all guests to buy some form of a pass. Passes can be purchased at EpicPass.com. Reservations will be required every day of the ski season, with pass holders receiving priority access. 

Daily lift tickets can be purchased online at any of the Vail Resort websites, starting December 8, 2020. When a lift ticket is purchased this season, it will include a reservation for a specific resort and specific date.

Only Pass holders will have access to the resort before December 7, 2020.
Lift tickets will not be on sale until December 8, 2020. 

EpicPass.com is where real-time availability can be viewed and reservations can be made. Reservations will activate your pass for the selected days.

Range View Rentals’ pet-friendly units allow you to travel with your pet. The pet policy for these units is as follows: 
  • The $35 damage fee does not include damage done by your pet. Tenant shall be liable for damage caused by their pets. Tenant agrees that damage done by a pet is tenant’s sole responsibility and the tenant agrees to compensate Range View Rentals for any damage occurring as a result of having your pet as a guest in this pet-friendly unit. Damage done by your pet is a minimum fee of $250.
  • Tenant shall restrain (leash) pets when on the property outside the tenant’s unit. Tenant shall immediately remove, clean up and appropriately dispose of any pet feces, waste and litter deposited by the tenant’s pet on the common grounds, shrubs, flower beds, sidewalks, access ways, and parking lots of the complex. 
  • A tenant’s pet will not be permitted to disturb the health, safety, rights, comfort or peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other tenants.
  • The $50 pet fee is a mandatory additional cleaning fee.
