Take a stroll in less than ten minutes to Breck’s iconic Main St. for refined shopping, delectable cuisine, and the Riverwalk events center. Head over to the Village in just a few blocks where you’ll jump on the Quicksilver chair and have prime access to Peak 9 skiing. Don’t feel like walking? No problem! The F Lot shuttle is just across the street. Welcome to your prime Breckenridge location.
When you aren’t browsing the shops or venturing the local terrain, cozy up inside where you rest high above on the top floor. A convenient elevator will bring you right up from the heated garage. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for food prep and is tastefully upgraded with stainless appliances and sophisticated granite counters.
After a home-cooked meal, spread out in the open living area with a cozy fireplace to keep you warm. Snuggle up and watch a favorite show on the smart TV! Or, retreat to the den just adjacent for group chats, board game fun, and quick access to your private balcony.
When it’s time to call it a night, two bedrooms are perfectly situated on the opposite end of the unit. A full hall bath makes it easy for all-around access. A private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower connects to the second bedroom. For additional guests, a convenient queen sofa sleeper is available, too (Sofa is still on its way! A queen air mattress is available until it arrives in order to accommodate a total of 6).
Pets
We regret to inform you that Cimarron is a NO pets allowed establishment. Failure to comply is subject to a fine of $250 per dog with an additional $100 per day thereafter until the dog is removed from the property.
We understand the joy of having the entire family along but ask that you respect these guidelines so that we may continue to offer exemplary ski and town access for years to come. If you absolutely cannot live without your furry companion, please check out one of our pet friendly in-town units!
