You will have convenient grocery stores nearby: Whole Foods, Safeway, and Walmart in Frisco. City-Market in Breck.

BONUS AMENITIES

In ski season, there's a Free Community Shuttle that picks you up a few minutes past the hour within a few yards of your door. It operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There's also easy access to the Blue River Bikeway across the highway, so bring your bikes, walking/running shoes, or both! There are ski/bike rentals close by.

Your private hot tub off the living room/dining area is large and ready for your long exhale!

Plenty of bedrooms with TVs, plus an airy, windowed “bonus” room at the top of the stairs, enable guests to spread out and relax. The prime hangout space is downstairs for connecting with loved ones. It has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, giant windows, a generous kitchen, and a gorgeous dining table to seat the crew! Have you ever heard of couches that both recline and rock? Uber comfy!

*Kitchen: Fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, crockpot, blender, mixer, etc. -2 days' worth of paper supplies, household goods, toiletries, and coffee are provided.

*Bedroom 3: with a Queen, right next to the full bathroom, and a tower fan in the closet

*Dining Area: Seating for 8 by huge windows

*Great Room: Super Comfy Rocking & Reclining Sofas with a big flat-screen TV and cable

*Full Bathroom with a shower stall

*Full-Sized Washer and Dryer

*Garage: 1 car, plus parking for 1 more car in the driveway. Ask us about additional parking in Breck if needed.

*Gorgeous Gas Fireplace

All linens/bath towels are included.

*Bedroom 1: Master King with ensuite bathroom, 2 huge windows, 18” flat-screen TV with cable, and tower fan in closet

*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Full Bath next to the bedroom, giant window, Electric Fireplace, Tower Fan in closet

OUTDOORS

There is a private hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes, a small seating area with 2 Adirondack chairs, and a BBQ Grill

TO CONSIDER

Parking for 2 vehicles on-site - one in the garage, the other in the driveway. Due to plowing needs, cars parked on the street will be towed. A third vehicle could easily be parked for 24 hours in the satellite lot a mile away (on the way to Breck)
