Located just three houses from Four O'Clock Run (100 block of Four O'Clock Run Road, Breckenridge, CO), this home is a premier winter skiing location. If snow conditions are less than ideal, some routes to the slopes may be eliminated, but you have 2 other ways to access the slopes: either walk to the 4 O'Clock Run or walk 3 minutes to the bus stop at the beginning of the street. Ski-in for your lunch break!

*Easy Access to Ski-Out* From the backyard, put on your equipment and ski down 75' to the right or south to Four O'Clock Run. Follow signs to the Snowflake Lift.

*Easy Access to Ski In* From Four O'Clock Run, 300 yards past the SnowCat maintenance area, go left at Four O'Clock Run ROAD. We are 3 houses downhill on Four O'Clock Run Road, so you can ski or walk down to our home. All ski-in/ski-out homes are dependent on snow conditions.

*Easy Access to Town* Walk down to town and take the gondola or bus back home! The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk.

Non-skiers can walk 10 minutes to Peak 8, where you can join family and friends for lunch or a drink. If shopping is more your style, walk to the bus stop at Gold Camp II or drive down Ski Hill Road to the action in Breckenridge.

THE SPACE:

A new 600 sq ft addition to the main living area has an extra fireplace. The entire back of the house is glass, allowing you to enjoy the incredible view! Fox Run is a newly renovated ski-in, ski-out home on Peak 8. It is the perfect staycation destination with fast, free internet, a lovely wrap-around deck, and a large hot tub.

FOX RUN has plenty of space for a large group of family and friends. Look straight across the valley to Baldy Mountain, which dominates your view! Enjoy the large private hot tub on the deck, with heat mats from the house to the hot tub, plus board games, cards, the pool table, the horseshoe pit, and 3-D TVs.

Every square inch of this house is new - from drywall to designer furniture. Seasoned travelers have created every detail of this stunning retreat. High-speed wireless internet is available in every room.

PARKING: Owners may exercise their option to use their owner lock-off during your stay; access is limited to them through the garage. As a result, Guests may not park on the Left Side of the Driveway or the Left Side of the Garage. The left side of the garage is off-limits to guests. Guests may use the right side of the garage and driveway. This can accommodate 4-5 vehicles, depending on the season and vehicle size. Exterior surveillance monitors this area.

*Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season. Please contact us for help. (You may also find

overnight parking in other areas of Summit County, such as Frisco or Dillon.)

*Overflow parking available for larger vehicles at pubic paid lots.

*Please be advised that there is no street parking.
