The best thing about the Tannhauser complex is its central location on Main Street, walking distance to everything in Breckenridge, including a 600-yard distance to the base of Peak 9

Downtown location / walking distance to the slopes / walking distance to shopping and dining

We regret to inform you that the current lobby / laundry facility project is currently stalled, but you can access the local laundromat on French Street, 4-5 blocks away. Tannhauser no longer offers hot tubs as an amenity.

Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to the Ice Rink lot off Boreas Pass Road. You cannot leave your car there permanently, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options include looking for overnight parking in other areas of Summit County, such as Frisco or Dillon.
